Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain A/P, including heavy data entry for invoices, reconciling bills, working with vendors on payable questions, posting and reconciling general ledgers and all other duties as necessary.
Manage bank deposits and statements.
Assist with timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close; including, assigned journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, accruals, and overall maintenance of all operational management accounts.
Ability to multi-task
Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Accounting as a minimum is highly preferred, or strong relevant experience in Accounts Payable.
Experience in MS Office with strong use of Excel.
3 years of business experience in Accounts Payable and general accounting.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be innovative, resourceful, and disciplined when resolving technical challenges Solid computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft programs:
Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Project and time management skills.
Attention-to-detail and decision-making skills.
Working knowledge of computerized systems.
Good oral and written communication skills.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to develop, read, analyze, and interpret complex reports and documents in English.
