Key
Responsibilities:
Collect product content from vendors.
This includes using vendor websites and/or portals, as well as reaching out via phone to request information that can be emailed Collect, format, and save eCommerce product content in PIM software and ERP system including:
Product names and descriptions (in HTML), Attributes and attribute values, Images - clean up, normalization of size and resolution, Product documents in PDF format, Product videos.
Classify eCommerce items into category hierarchy Research and create category descriptions Ensure eCommerce product data is accurate Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Computer literacy including uploading and downloading data via the internet Heavy interaction with the following software in a Windows based environment:
MS Office - Excel (working in tables), Outlook, OneNote, Prophet 21 (ERP system), Akeneo (PIM software) Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize projects and tasks Organized Strong and effective communication skills (verbal/written/phone) Ability to work with a wide range of personalities in a courteous, effective & efficient manner (internally/externally) Job Type:
