We're currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Warehouse Receiving Associate.
Key
Responsibilities:
Receive, label, and organize inbound shipments, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards.
Collaborate with shipping, inventory, quality control, and purchasing teams to optimize order fulfillment processes.
Work closely with quality control and purchasing departments to address concerns related to inbound products.
Thoroughly review packing slips, certificates, and import documentation, including labels, packing lists, and bills of lading.
Maintain accurate records of received products, tracking numbers, and delivery information.
Assist in resolving receiving-related issues and communicate effectively with internal teams to provide timely updates on inbound freight.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with pallet jacks, forklifts, and other inventory tools (training available).
Basic computer skills with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and warehouse software (additional training provided).
Ability to lift up to 70lbs.
Monday - Friday.
This is a Full-time position with benefits after 90 days, including 401K.

Responsibilities:
In addition to the above duties, the Warehouse Receiving Associate will be expected to fulfill any other responsibilities assigned by the current manager.
